Ip Address use
So somebody hacked my steam account and in an email it said their Ip address (49.146.32.154) and I wanted to figure out what I could do to ruin their life with it?

chances are that he was using a vpn. but if that's a real IP you can dox him and find open ports to establish a connection between him
