Switch 180 and 360 help
So I just spent a extended we In ruka,Finland and I tried the switch 180 and 360 anyone got any tips. And I later on that day fell snd broke my collarbone and anyone got any recovery tips cause I’m going skiing again in week 7 and I would love to be ready to send a backflip and do some park laps

Thanks , went to the doctor yesterday and they said I probably won’t be able to ski for like 6-8 weeks unfortunately but thanks tho

K fed help and 2 on
So I just landed my first k fed but I def think it could be better. And the I also landed 2 on but the recordings was in time laps but just snd tricks would help
