I'm new to the group, I have my chosen start date for going fully raw vegan, which will be the first day of spring this year. I have been plant based vegans since August 2017. I have had a lot of healing since going vegan. I currently eat high raw, last year I ate fully raw for more than half of the year. I turned 50 in December, and I am looking forward to learning and sharing in this group as well as to the growth that is to come in the second half of my life.
