My weight loss Journey
At my heaviest 235 and this other Pic is me at 163. I had gotten down to 159 then slowly got some back. Im about 168 now but I know it's from my sweet tooth I absolutely love gummies candy. But im pretty active. My favorite thing to do is go walking or jogging. Keep in mind im 40 now so my body and mental state right now is psycho lol . Im excited to see how adding the beyond glp1 to my routine will do. A n y advice appreciated! Grey shirt pic 2023 the blue shirt Pic 2 months ago still look about same. @Amanda Celeskey Yes, it does. It stops the appetite and hunger, so you don't eat too much food like before. The Body still needs energy, so once it doesn't get the Fatty Carbs... Then it starts to Feed on the Body Fat itself and turn it into energy. This is Week 3 and I already don't need anymore coffee with sugar and cream. I already went from eating 3 large meals per day to now eating 2 medium meals with Greek Yogurt as a Midday Snack (Zero Fat with 15 grams of Protein). Thank you Beyond!

@Amanda Celeskey Going very, very Well! I'm already at around 290 lbs (lost 35-40 lbs) after about 1 month in. I just got my second order, I changed my diet and everything is so routine for me now. I cut out energy drinks, soda, late night snacks, fried foods, greasy pizzas and just overeating in general. I have gone from eating 3 big meals and late night snacks with a Soda Sugar Rush at Night (which contributed to poor sleeping) to now 2 medium meals and a Yogurt per day! I feel so great and this formula has changed my life! I am so grateful and I will probably be a lifelong customer. Now, I just have to get the injectables and start working out again! Another 30 lbs or so and I will hit my goal! Thank you BEYOND! Good Luck to You, Amanda!
MAJOR CHANGES!
About 4 weeks into this new program and I just got my second order of the capsules! Feeling the Best I have Ever felt in maybe the last two tears. Hunger and Blood Sugar has been kept in check as well as regulated! I also switched up my diet to get rid of Red Meat (for Ground Turkey) and I changed my Breakfast from Pancakes to Greek Yogurt. I feel noticeably lighter in my weight, waistline and movements. No more bloating and sitting for 30 minutes before I can move after such a heavy meal. I went from 3 huge meals per day with snacks or soda at night due to cravings to only 2 medium sized meals now and a Yogurt with Zero Fat. I do not have to worry getting hungry at night and I can stay productive in school or work for much longer after dinner. It is working and I feel great! It has changed my life and I am grateful. Thank you so much BEYOND GLP-1!
