Looks delicious! And the pup is adorable! 😆😆 Been trying to eat more of a variety of vegetables as of late so I just sat down with my ground turkey, sweet potato, egg, and air fried broccoli!

@Max Ellis Definitely not haha! I had about 3 pounds of ground turkey in my freezer before I started eating a whole food/anti inflammatory diet and I’ve just been trying to use it all up before I go out and buy some grass fed beef!

Happy Sunday everyone! I wanted to share this delicious pancake recipe that I made this morning! 1 banana 2 eggs 1/2 cup sprouted oats 2 Tbsp egg whites or 2 egg whites 1 tsp chia seeds (optional) Blend and add a little splash water if the mixture is too thick! Cook them until golden brown and top with your favorite toppings! (I did raspberries, raw honey, and cinnamon!) Enjoy!! 😋😋

A 5 Ingredient Flapjack Recipe Youll need; Honey Peanut Butter Oats Dark Chocolate Butter 1. Add some peanut butter, butter and honey to a pan on medium-low heat until a runny smooth consistency. 2. Once smooth, add in your oats and cover them all in the mix. 3. Add it all to a tray and cook in the oven at 200*C for 15-20 mins. 4. Once cooked, Melt your dark chocolate and pour over the flapjack. 5. Let the chocolate cool down, then Enjoy! If you make this post your results below!
