I’m going on vacation this week so I’m really going to focus on staying balanced throughout the week! I want to relax and enjoy myself and also keep up the habits like proper nutrition and working out that keep me feeling healthy!
This is a meal from yesterday but it so good and simple! I just cooked some vegetables with ground beef and teriyaki sauce with a side of garnet sweet potato!! 😋😋
I’m feeling a bit under the weather so I tried out making oatmeal congee and it was amazing! It takes awhile to make but it’s worth it! I added chia seeds, eggs, chicken sausage, pumpkin seeds and some vegetables to it as well!
I think the price depends on where you live, but I think eggs are definitely at the top of my list, high protein, healthy fats, and high in micronutrients! Plus they can be thrown into so many different dishes!
