After years of success in New Mexico, I have brought my dedication to Green Cleaning Practices and love for creating spotless, welcoming spaces to the Florida Panhandle. My mission is to make every environment shine, leaving a lasting first impression through quality, care, and attention to detail. My Q4 Goals are to get 3 contracts and to find employees. My Big goal for leadership development is for personal growth. That means a lot since I have a new business. I must come out of my comfort zone, network, go door to door, find employees, and also find facilities to clean. My biggest challenge is that there is a lot of competition so many facilities are just going for price over quality.
