Welcome new friends!
Thank you for joining us in our community for building worlds in a sustainable and heart-centered way! Please introduce yourself, and comment for quick access to our Skool building challenge. @Andrea Salzmann --- new to being a Skool host @Vatsala Vaid - learning too! @Karyn Brown helps women 45+ break out of fear @Erica M Founder Of Jazzy Creative @Holly Barrows - experiencing life @Paola De La Concha ZIndel - sound healer! @Raegan Ray Helping busy moms earn a passive income online Here's where to start 👇 1. Head to the Classroom Start with Is Skool Right For You? — it'll save you from building the wrong thing. Then grab Skool SEO Basics once you hit Level 2. Both are free. 2. Show up in the feed -->> This isn't a course platform you log into once and forget. The people here are building in real time. Engage, ask questions, share wins. That's where the good stuff happens. 3. Come to Coffee Hour ---> biweekly, we gather for real talk about what's working, what isn't, and what we're figuring out together. Check the Calendar tab for the next one. 🎯 One thing I want you to know: Everything I teach here, I've either done in my own communities OR have researched the f'ed out of it and gathered the winning gems for you. Welcome!

Delete Button Race
I just removed over 10 people from this community. Why? I have a rule: if your profile says "hi", or "x", or "my name is"... AND you haven't posted in ANY groups, you're likely not a candidate who can benefit from Skool at this time. Why join a Skool to build Skools if you're not actually doing the minimum? I had forgotten to do this housekeeping in this community, and it was time!! Remember, friend, you don't need the world in your community. You need aligned people. Find them. What's your delete rule? Are you removing old and stagnant content? VIP has access to #Why Retention Is the Real Growth Strategy - and in that, I mention that deleting content, removing people, or declining join requests is not a bad thing. It's good! Only allow aligned peeps into your world, and only maintain content that is relevant. ---> Let's discuss in the comments!

What Is Your Community Promise?
Before people join, engage, or buy from your Skool, they need to quickly understand one thing: “What will this community help me do?” 👇 Drop your community promise in one sentence. Use this formula: I help [who] go from [problem] to [result] through [method]. Example: I help new Skool owners go from confused and inconsistent to clear, engaged, and growing through weekly prompts, audits, and simple community-building systems. A strong community promise should be: ✅ Specific about who it helps ✅ Clear about the problem they have ✅ Focused on the result they want ✅ Easy to understand in one sentence ✅ Simple enough for members to repeat or refer Try this format: I help: They struggle with: I help them get: My method is: My one-sentence promise is: Bonus tip: If your promise feels too broad, make it more specific. A clear promise makes your Skool easier to join, easier to talk about, and easier to sell. Drop yours below, then reply to at least 2 people with one suggestion to make their promise clearer.

I partner with business owners, professionals and creatives with finding their voice, I anchor those searching for direction, and reignite the burned-out and uninspired — reminding them that if they are rushed and overwhelmed they can find stability and progress using the right tools.
