Do you prefer working online or in location?
This is for everyone here working with clients. What is your prefered way of working with clients? Online or offline? Why so? I prefer online. I did not see any difference in working online vs offline and clients get results either way. Online is more comfortable for me but I would not put that first, ahead of clients results, of course! What is it in your case?

I actually prefer having the option to do both as it allows me to see clients when they (or when I) travel or aren’t feeling well. I do prefer to see most folks in person as it’s nice to feel their energy and focus completely on them as opposed to on them AND technology…up to 95% of language is nonverbal and zoom hinders that. I also didn’t become a hypnotherapist to work on a computer all day, yet having a few online appointments is nice as one doesn’t have to worry so much about clients being late or not showing.
What do you need help with the most?
Over the past few months, I’ve been building something I’m really excited about: PsyMIND. It started as an AI tool for creating personalized meditation scripts and audio meditations in minutes. But it has grown into something much bigger. I’m now building a complete AI assistant for coaches, therapists, hypnotists, NLP practitioners, and other helping professionals. The goal is simple: help you work faster, create better sessions, save time, and continue improving your professional skills. It already creates personalized meditation scripts and audio meditations, and I’m building many more features to help professionals save time, improve their sessions, and become even more effective. Before I build the next features, I’d really value your input. Could you reply and answer these 5 questions? 1. What is the most frustrating or time-consuming part of your work that you wish someone else could do for you? 2. During a client session, when do you most often feel stuck or unsure about what to do next? 3. If you had an AI assistant working beside you 24/7, what are the first three tasks you would delegate to it? 4. What do you spend too much time creating, writing, or preparing that you wish could be done in minutes instead of hours? 5. If you could magically solve one recurring problem in your practice, what would it be? Every reply will directly influence what I build next. As a thank you, I’ll give you free early access to PsyMIND so you can test it before the public launch. Just hit Reply. I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thank you! Eugen Popa

@Eugen Popa 1. Client agreement forms, medical Referral forms, etc. 3 & 4 definitely the biz side (SEO, ads are a pain for me…draining & time consuming IF I even get it done). Marketing I do enjoy at times, but it can be time consuming, so yes, that foo. Most impt is the biz for sure. SEO, website, google ads. 🤪

@Eugen Popa I have indeed considered…SEO can do FIVER, but want to find a trusted person referred by someone I know who has used them as I don’t like granting any form of access to my YouTube/website to someone I don’t know. Ads, I was doing fine until the latest google conversions that I’m struggling to comprehend…thus I do want to do myself, but looking for a course or a mentor. At least that’s what I’m currently thinking. 🤔
