▫️ Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 8am start, there will a few details P3 has to grab before we go in. ▫️ This will be a kid-free morning so everyone can properly relax and unwind. ▫️ Please bring: • Water bottle • Comfortable swimwear or something suitable for the sauna and magnesium pools • A towel • Spare clothes to change into afterwards ▫️ Address is: P3 Recovery, 1-15 Lexington rd, Springwood. ❗️ Important: Make sure you get into the left hand service lane when you come onto Lexington rd, there's a chemist warehouse on the left side, there's red paint on the road, follow the red painted line, it will take you to a set of lights next to Taco Bell then do a u turn onto another one way rd and turn left into the car park labeled 'The Centre'.
