I have implemented WIP and routing for a coffee company in the US. I also implemented MRP to make sure they do not produce more than necessary and have enough on stock to fulfill atleast a weeks supply. Routing included few steps to captured the machine time and resource time on each step. I also implemented WIP and routing for a copacker.

So you can send email to multiple people but its more manual. We have provided a solution to our client where they wanted to specifically send the invoices to Accounting department with multiple emails. this was automated for them.

Yes, thats a biggest challange of netsuite. I have worked with Odoo which has a great and easy to use UI. I dont like the fact that you have to have so many not so useful fields that you cannot get rid off.

NetSuite really need to work on its UI to make it more appealing for the customers and the users.
