I am currently in the course that talks about multi stakeholder sales, and it took me back a while to when I was speaking to management in my school where I had an idea to management, abd they said they love my idea, and they want to hand it over to the managing director to review, but she said something that stuck with "we have to present it intelligently to avoid I.T team stealing it" So my question is, how do present your idea to stakeholders without risking it being taken?
