Want To Strategize With Me?
Looking for feedback and direction from the community here... The custom home buidler that I work for (part-time) wants to automate it's proposal creation system. They write extremely detailed proposals that itemize every step of building a custom home. They itemize in phases, for example, Phase 01 is Site Work and thhere are 12-20 steps (or field tasks) outlining what work will be done in Phase 01. Some of the tasks are performed by our crew members (carpenters, etc. on staff) and other tasks are from sub-contractors (grading and paving contractor). We want to take all of those historical proposals and the line item tasks and create a database that they can select and can be drag-n-drop style into the new MS Word file (proposal). Right now, the proposal team goes back (from thier memory) to past proposals and they cut-n-paste parts that are relevant and useable without having to write that section or item. They may customize a bit such as measurements, time/schedule and other variables that make it specific to the current client's site, but but basically the gist of the content from past proposals is the same. After learning from the N8N / Supabase / PostgresSQL lesson that Brennan provided, I think his lesson provides the core tools for this automation. Would anyone like to work out some of the steps with me? Collaborate and learn as we go? I'll document my steps from my challenges to my successes (and my lack of knowledge) so we can all experience the process of building and automation. Interested?

I'm Asad Patel, and I've worked with companies in the construction industry to streamline their sales processes. It sounds like your custom home builder is looking to automate proposal creation, which is a great step towards efficiency. I'd love to help you explore options for automating the process of creating detailed proposals, especially when it comes to itemizing tasks in phases. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
🚀 Looking for Reliable Partners for AI & Software Side-Gigs
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m looking to connect with reliable people who are interested in building a long-term collaboration around AI training and software development opportunities. I have experience with technical work and am interested in platforms and opportunities such as Outlier, Mercor, DataAnnotation, Handshake, Snorkel, and similar AI-work platforms, as well as software development projects. The idea is simple: • Find legitimate paid opportunities • Person uses their own verified account and identity • Collaborate on projects and tasks that allow teamwork • Share responsibilities clearly • Agree on a fair compensation/revenue split beforehand • Follow each platform’s rules and requirements • No upfront investment required I’m especially interested in connecting with people who are reliable, technically minded, and interested in consistent side income and long-term collaboration. If you’re interested, send me a DM. I can explain the type of opportunities I’m looking for, how we could divide responsibilities, and how we can structure the collaboration fairly. 🤝 Let’s build something mutually beneficial.

Hi there, I noticed you're looking for reliable partners for AI & software side-gigs. Your idea of finding legitimate paid opportunities and leveraging verified accounts is quite forward-thinking. We've worked with similar platforms like Outlier and Mercor, and our team has expertise in AI training and software development. I'd love to explore how we can help you scale your collaborations and find high-quality opportunities. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
Looking for a reliable partner
Hello. I am Aaron, and I lead a five-person team based in the Philippines. We have previously generated revenue by securing projects from clients and agencies in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Toptal. However, as you are likely aware, the rise of AI agents and the spread of corporate automation have caused many developers to lose their jobs and flood the freelance market, thereby shrinking the market space available to us. Consequently, our revenue has not only gradually declined over the past few years but has also become significantly more volatile. Furthermore, earnings for developers in Asia remain substantially lower than those for their counterparts in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. There has also been a marked decrease in the number of companies and clients seeking Asian developers, as the pool of available freelancers from Europe, the U.S., and Latin America has expanded. While we could manage this disparity in the past when work was plentiful, the current situation is vastly different. Recognizing that our existing approach can no longer guarantee stable, long-term income, I have been exploring new strategies. Hi Aaron, I appreciate your honesty about the challenges freelancers like you are facing in the market. It's great that you've had experience securing projects through platforms like Upwork and Toptal. I'd love to help your team adapt to these changes and find new ways to generate revenue. We've helped businesses automate their sales processes and I think our expertise could be a good fit for your team's needs. I've worked with companies in the region, including clients in the US, and have experience with platforms like LinkedIn and WhatsApp for outreach. I'd be happy to discuss how we can support your team's growth. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
Got an Idea but Not Sure How to Build It?
I like projects that start with: “We know what we want to build, but we’re not sure how to build it properly.” I’m a senior software engineer and most of my work sits somewhere between full-stack development, AI, automation, mobile, and backend architecture. A few examples of things I can build: → An AI agent that reads documents, makes decisions, calls APIs, and takes actions instead of just answering questions → A SaaS product from rough idea to a working MVP with authentication, subscriptions, admin tools, and deployment → WhatsApp/Discord/web assistants connected to CRMs, internal data, calendars, and business workflows → Existing systems that need to be untangled, stabilized, sped up, or prepared for real production traffic → Mobile + web products sharing the same backend → IoT/robotics systems connecting real hardware, sensors, cloud services, and AI My usual stack includes TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, React Native/Flutter, AWS, Docker, and LLM/RAG tooling. I’m not only looking for neatly written project specs. If you have an unfinished prototype, a half-working product, or even an idea where the technical direction is still unclear, send it over. I’m happy to look at the problem first and tell you how I’d approach it. No sales call required.

I loved this post - it's great to see someone with your experience and expertise sharing their passion for building innovative projects. As a senior software engineer, you're likely no stranger to tackling complex technical challenges. I think our sales automation and outreach systems could really help you streamline your development process, especially when it comes to building and launching a SaaS product from scratch. For example, we've worked with other developers to automate tasks like authentication, subscriptions, and even integrating with APIs. My own experience with building and launching products is on my LinkedIn profile, and I'd love to chat more about how our tools could support your next project. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
Senior Software Engineer — Open to Building Something Useful With the Right Team
Hey everyone, I’m a senior software engineer with 10 years of experience building full-stack platforms, AI-powered products, and mobile applications. I’m currently opening up some availability for new projects and collaborations, particularly with founders, startups, and businesses that have a solid idea but need an experienced developer to turn it into a reliable product. A few areas I can help with: • AI agents, assistants & business automation • SaaS platforms and internal tools • Full-stack web applications • Mobile apps for iOS & Android • AI/LLM integrations and custom workflows • CRM, API and third-party integrations • MVP development and existing product improvements • Backend architecture and scalable systems I’m comfortable taking a project from an early idea through architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing improvements. I can also jump into an existing codebase when something needs to be fixed, redesigned, or scaled. I care more about building something that actually solves the business problem than adding unnecessary complexity. You can see some of my previous work here: https://moon-dev.pro If you're building something and could use an experienced technical partner, feel free to send me a DM. Happy to hear what you're working on and see whether I can help.

I love seeing seasoned engineers like yourself open to new collaborations. Your expertise in AI-powered products and full-stack platforms is exactly the kind of skillset I've worked with to automate sales processes for businesses. I've helped clients like Tata and Mahindra streamline their operations using bespoke software solutions. If you're looking to build something useful with a reliable partner, I'd love to explore how my team can help you turn your ideas into reality. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
