I personally love periodizing my training, training very hard and getting in too much protein. This combo for some reason make me faster progress than if I don't What is your personal method?
@Orfeas Onasis amazing bro , the only thing I do is eat whatever my mom cooks and do grease the groove to get better at a specific exercise. Btw , what’s periodization and how do you do it?
@Orfeas Onasis what do you mean by w ghee I mean in the 6 week holidays I will ask to learn how to cook hopefully and look on yt for high protein and good carbs and healthy food yk she might say no but it’s always worth a shot.
At school days I have lots of things to do , snd prayer is starting later so I can’t sleep at 9:30pm everyday at the same time . On weekends, i can maybe fix that but I don’t stay up too long maybe only on long holidays but I’ll lock in sleep schedule then
@Orfeas Onasis I have daily tasks to do like water the plants, read my holy book , working out , Doing some Duolingo , prayer /wudu , doing the dishes , read books and sometimes homework. I arrive at around 3:35 pm home from school everyday and I have to do these things but I end up taking too long as I’m tired and I usually tend to be tired after school so I don’t get enough work done until after 6pm - 9pm where I do most things. I think that if I had a schedule that I could stick to and lock in it then I could get some good results tbf.
@Abid Alnayir Most targeted joints are the wrists , shoulders , elbows and you should do some core training. However, Calisthenics focuses on all muscles generally.
There was a point where I trained handstands wrong and inconsistently because of this I don’t have the same feeling on when I first started out . Can someone help me out?
