Handstand
How did you guys get your first handstand? ( journey and progresssions) I want to start training for the handstand soon just don’t know what to do.

@Orfeas Onasis Theres nobody even if I try I won’t find anyone and who wants to train and I don’t know basically anyone who trains calisthenics and that’s better than me cause nobody can teach me.

@Abid Alnayir Most targeted joints are the wrists , shoulders , elbows and you should do some core training. However, Calisthenics focuses on all muscles generally.

I’m 12 yrs old and I started Calisthenics at 10 but was inconsistent and doing random stuff. I can do 30+ pushups , 8 dips. Learning a chin up rn.
