Each of us in this group joined for a reason. It was likely NOT to just have another group to be in so we can ignore the notifications and stay the same. There are many many different ways to make $ in headlight restoration. Many of us focus on the retail side of things and work of mouth referrals to get clients. But then we run into slow days or many days when we don’t have lights to do. It was like that for me for years before I started getting dealerships on board. Once I started that journey, I was able to take this full time. I remember thinking “maybe this headlight thing is just a hobby. Or a fad and it really isn’t possible!” I’m glad I didn’t give up! The trainings that Jason and I are doing next week on how to get into Mechanic shops and Dealerships will be turning point for the ones who choose to do it. I have found this saying to be true in my life, “nothing changes if nothing CHANGES!” No one is coming to save you!
