Sea Moss Vs Shilajit, Everyone's Thoughts?
I keep seeing a lot of the marketing around this pushing shilajit as the option for men and sea moss for women, can't say I actually agree with this gendered take on it. Seems to be coming from that one testo study with shilajit? Anyone else seen anything else that suggests there's anything to this or is it just that?

@Link Smith Looking to try out Shilajit myself. I have tried other mushrooms for different purposes, but not shilajit. From what I've gathered, Nootrum Shilajit seems a good place to start. Let me know if you try it😄
