Good Morning, Skoolers! ☕ Cohorts can be a great way to have people come together with one focus. But they can take a good bit of planning and structure... should you run one? If yes, what should it look like? We are going LIVE for The Skool Morning Show now. 🎥 👇 To Chat with us LIVE comment on this post and we'll pull up some of the comments.

What happens if you don't get enough people into a co-hort then?

Before You Change Your Skool About Page...
If you've been tweaking your Skool About Page over and over, watch this before you change anything else. One of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to optimize their About Page before they have enough traffic to know what's actually working. In this video, @Artin Asghari talks about: - Why data matters before making changes - What average conversion rates look like for free and paid communities - Why traffic from ads converts differently than warm traffic - Why getting more visitors is often more important than squeezing out a slightly higher conversion rate - How small improvements over time can outperform complete rewrites I thought this was a really good reminder that not every dip in conversions means something is broken. Sometimes you just need more data before making a decision. If you're building a Skool community or working on improving your About Page, I think you'll get a lot out of this. After you watch it, go give Artin a follow. 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@ArtinUpdates He shares a lot of practical advice from actually growing and managing successful Skool communities.

If You've Been Thinking About Skoot, Read This Before Midnight 🏆
I wasn't planning on making another post about this today, but after today's live demo, I'd actually feel bad if I didn't remind you about today's deadline. (I included some screenshots of their wins page, because people are WINNING with this!) I know I've talked about Skoot recently and even had Garrett come hang out with us. But today they did a live demo on Tier 2 that I had time to attend, and it made one thing very clear... I don't think most of us have even scratched the surface of what's possible with it. What made this demo different was they didn't just show features. They kept asking: "How would you use this?" Then owners started throwing out real situations from their businesses. Someone wanted to automatically identify members who were most likely to upgrade and have personalized messages ready to send. Someone wanted AI to know their voice well enough that it could handle the beginning of conversations while they were away from their desk. Someone wanted reminders before member calls with context from previous conversations instead of trying to remember who someone was. Someone wanted to know which classroom lessons actually led to upgrades so they could reorganize their entire onboarding. I wanted to know if the Skoot MCP could be checking every morning for those who needed a follow up instead of trying to remember everyone myself. Because I know I want to remember it all, but sometimes that's not possible. Another one we all kind of pieced together was after a sales call, having the sales rep do the follow up based on what we talked about in the call. Garrett said with the Skoot AI Notetaker coming out that he could work on that. I also found it very cool that 12 Skool Games winners from this quarter used Skoot and they had 4 of the top in the categories using it. (3 of the 4 them using Tier 2 already). So now that's 57 Skool Games winners, and that still matters because even if Games are going away as we know it... that's some serious wins and will be useful when the new secret games replacement comes out! 🏆

It’s amazing. To remove my bias a bit, before working with Skoot I used Skoot for months to send a LOT of follows ups because it’s the best crm. Also, proofs in the pudding. 57 Skool games winners use it lol.
