Hey Men of The Expanse! I’m stepping into a conversation this week that feels incredibly relevant right now. On April 8th, I’ll be facilitating a live workshop inside the Entheo Breath Skool community, led by our fellow expanse member @Ankhara Akeru . Some of you already know him. He’s been showing up fully in The Expanse space, and he’s been doing powerful work building his own community. He invited me in to speak on something that sits at the core of everything we do here: Emotions. More specifically:Why Emotional Navigation matters… and why it’s becoming essential in the world we’re living in today. Most men were never taught how to work with emotion. So what happens? We override.We suppress.We misinterpret.We react. Not because something is wrong with us…Because we were never given language or structure. This session is going to open that up. You don’t need to lead conversations to belong here.But this space works best when men are willing to witness and be witnessed. A simple “I relate” can be enough. 5. Quality Over Quantity We protect the signal. Posts that are thoughtful, specific, and grounded are prioritized.Low-effort, off-topic, or repetitive content may be redirected or removed to maintain coherence. This is how we respect everyone’s time. 6. Practice Over Theory Insight matters. Implementation matters more. We value: - What you noticed - What you tried - What shifted - What didn’t work Progress beats perfection. Engagement Principles (How We Use the Space) - Questions > Statements - Experience > Advice - Curiosity > Certainty - Dialogue > Monologue - Consistency > Intensity This is a living system. You're not here to consume content. You're here to install a way of relating to yourself and other men.

I gotta tell you. It was pretty awesome. They just get better and better. They depth that we got into from Friday-Sunday was pretty profound. There was a LOT of talk from the women around the challenges their men have been experiencing and the challenges they have faced interacting with me who are questioning themselves and don't have solid footing in their lives in emotional and relational spaces. I had quite a few conversations around their men having solid career paths but their personal lives were the biggest challenges. I know at some point @Corbin Sellers and @Jared Johnson are considering putting some men's retreats together. Would that be something y'all would be interested in exploring?
