Are twin flames real?
Recently I learnt that my ex boyfriend moved on with someone else. After receiving that information, I fell into really bad depression....also was stumbling upon videos and messages about twin flames (i was not searching for them). Does it mean that I am close to finding him? I am just afraid that maybe my ex was my twin flame and I did not recognize it earlier. How do you know if you have found your twin flame? Everyone I met always lacks smth that I want....I always felt like I have not met him yet.. I am confused))

Side effects - sadness - questioning everything - insomnia still there - energy and mood shifts - depressing thoughts - old wounds coming up - physically weak and disconnected - numbness

@Yadira Rivas awww dear Yadira, thanks a lot for your message 💘 Yes, I can clearly see that now I am in the mission stage of the journey. I have many creative ideas and see more abundance coming my way. I am drawn to music, art and spirituality. The hardest part is being misunderstood by others. I see the world very differently and it is more challenging to connect people. Everybody blames me and says I am delusional. I do not know how to deal with that. What do you think? Everyone expects me to marry, have a normal job but fail to see that my soul is aching.

Not functioning at work
After my last spiritual awakening, in the process of ego death and dark night if the soul, I am literally unable to work. I might sit in front of the laptop and not be able to do anything. I am afraid, I do not want to get fired. Deep down all I wanna do is get lost in the woods, talk about spirituality and eat healthy food. But how to not get crazy in the rat race? And risk losing income. I feel like everything is falling apart..

Guilt and self-blame
I have a hard time overcoming the feelings of self-blame and guilt...how to deal with it? 😵💫 I feel like people project it onto me and make me think I am guilty and I am taking it. 😒
