(name, location, what you are looking to get out of the group) My names Rich Wonders, I got into wholesale real estate in 2019, and my life has never been the same! I live in Tempe, AZ with my wife and 4 kids. The goal for this group is to make a positive impact on the industry by telling the unfiltered truth, giving a clear path to victory for those willing to put in the work, and change as many lives for the better as possible!

You can also note the "Calendar" section to keep up with the future trainings. Go through all of the video modules and take great notes. My suggestion is to get a file on your phone/computer or a paper notebook and make it as your "master notes" that you can go through and review everyday to see how much you have learned and to further engrain it.
