I was wondering about the micro plastics. Is there places to find what common things have that? I use Celtic sea salt and I see that's a no no. Is there ways to reduce the microplastics already in your body? It may be coming in a later lesson, but I was super curious. Last there is a lot of talk about seed oils. I started oil pulling and I can't have coconut oil. So are seed oils only bad if you ingest them or all together for anything they are bad?
