Hello all! I have a 20 year tech and ecommerce background and recently became a certified agent with the intent of bringing my lead generation expertise to the field. compliance.... the biggest issue the same applies to Dana Banks' post above there are many state and CMS restrictions of how leads are procured and sold and used and with regard to Dana's post If I recall correctly, CMS does NOT allow the use of AI for any calls

AHIP - when most usefull
Is AHIP usefull year around or just during certain seasons? like AEP oct 15 - dec 6?

What are the practical implications? how complicated it is to resign/terminate and move to another agency? Thanks.

my contract ends in a week. the aep ends. so..... any offers to work together. I have fl 215 also TX and GA I have 9 appointments with humana companies - not sure if that's helpful
