Real question…
How many times have you told yourself: “I’ll start tomorrow.” “I’m trying.” “I know better.” …but deep down, you know you’ve been avoiding the discipline required to truly change? Growth isn’t just about what you want. It’s about what you’re willing to confront within yourself. Accountability can feel uncomfortable…but staying stuck is costly too. 👇 Let’s talk honestly: What’s one habit, mindset, or excuse you know you need to stop making room for?

Procrastination! I will get a whole day's worth of work done in an hour lol. I seem to always procrastinate until I don't have a choice but to do it.
Level Up
Growth starts when the excuses end. At some point, you have to stop blaming: your past, other people, bad timing, lack of support, or the opportunities you didn’t get… …and start asking yourself: “Am I truly holding myself accountable for the life I say I want?” Leveling up isn’t just about motivation. It’s about discipline when nobody is watching. It’s about consistency when you don’t feel inspired. It’s about correcting yourself instead of constantly defending yourself. Real growth happens when: you own your mistakes, face your habits honestly, stop avoiding hard conversations, and commit to becoming better daily. Accountability is uncomfortable… but so is staying stuck. You can’t reach a new level with the same mindset, same excuses, and same lack of discipline. The moment you start holding yourself accountable, everything changes. What’s one area of your life where you know it’s time to level up? 👇

Facing bad habits and staying consistent. It's so easy to fall back in old "comfortable" ways.

I would love to get Zion started if he is not too young. I know Monday is 10+ but is there another day he could train if he thinks hes old enough?
