I'm Arda, I'm from Türkiye One habit I'm wanting to work on is being more disciplined, and more mentally strong. My biggest goal for staying focused is making it pro in football ⚽. My favorite low dopamine activity is maybe listening to audio books, like detective ones and whatnot.
