Cold email pipeline
I feel like I am at the point now where I’m ready to start looking for clients. My goal to begin with is to target tradespeople in my area with a simple speed to lead build. So today I started by making a cold email pipeline, it has a variety of different techniques which is constantly being tracked to figure out which methods work best. It is set up to be constantly looking for new clients( building up a crm), whilst sending 50 emails per day changing techniques after 200 emails. I have got it following up aswell. Any advice on other ways I can bring in clients
Andrej Karpathy
Today I build myself a YouTube mentor using all of Nate’s videos, I added in everything he’s has posted over the last 4 months aswell as some of his most popular videos, I was really intrigued with the idea of creating a second brain. Now whenever I am making a build I get to pose the question ‘what would Nate do?’ , it has helped me so much with what I am building rn with it suggesting exactly the process Nate has taken in the past, this allows my productivity to increase massively as I no longer have to sit there pausing the videos with Nate’s walkthrough. My next goal was to create one around sales psychology and so I can acc begin with getting clients. I have successfully created a few builds now so am ready to start my outreach. Anyone have any good files maybe people like Alex hormozi and sales specialist in general with certain files that I can add, YouTube videos or newsletters anything regarding sales

N8n or claude code
As a beginner I have been going through all of Nates videos, and using Claude code for everything so far, the further I get down the more n8n is used. Can I rely on just using claude code and create automations or is n8n a necessity to learn?
Day 1 — Building My Own Iron Man's JARVIS (In Real Life)
Ever watched Iron Man and thought "I want that"? That's literally what I'm doing. I've been building a personal assistant called JARVIS the exact replica of the jarvis in the movie "IRON MAN" to help my AI agency hit $10,000 per month. Where it stands today: - Full access to my computer (files, terminal, apps) - Completing real tasks for me daily scheduling, reminders, research app development - Actually saving me hours every week Everything claude code can do but much better and effecient than that What I'm working on right now: - Adding new skills so JARVIS can do more, faster - Building a mobile app so I can talk to JARVIS from my phone even when I'm away from my desk. I'll be documenting every breakthrough, every failure, and everything I learn along the way. What would you do if you already had this fully built for yourself?

First Trigger Build
As I am very new to building I have been trying to learn as I go along. The stock market is something that has always interest me, To save my money in the last couple years I have been investing. So i decided to start an automation which consists of research my stocks. It gets trigger every morning before the market opens giving me an update of any big news around the stock the sector as well as the CEO. I have always got a nice visual dashboard which helps me read a quick summary If i happen to be very busy that day. I know this is just the start of my AI journey and I plan on my next build being more tailored for a demo to start targeting to clients. But the practice helps me understand claude code so much more, and it feels so good when you can see it all come together
