Getting into the flow
Hello, not sure if I should be posting this here but anyways, at this very moment I'm struggling a bit with staying in the present moment of now and getting in the flow, not so sure what to do about it, most of the times, i just feel like i'm out of the mind, kind of present, with my senses sharp, and capable of seeing life and grasping lot of details, however, sometimes i feel restlessness because I don’t know what to do to next, it's like even though i feel some kind of presence, i'm having troubles getting into the flow of life.

Greetings Beloved and Welcome! Know that this is a safe space to share and your welcome to express yourself here. I feel what will benefit you the most is "grounding". You may due this by placing your bear feet on the earth. This helps anchor your spirit into the body and one feel a sense of "being present". Interesting enough i just came inside from grounding myself haha! Timing is perfect here. Interested to know when the last time you walked or stepped foot on the earth barefoot was. Another practice to help you feel more in body and present is meditation. 🧘‍♂️ ✨️ You can do this any way you feel helps the most. For example you can sit in the bath with dim lights / candle light and listen to some calming music. Or It could be you laying in bed looking up without moving a muscle (be careful with this one thats how i accidentally astral projected out of my body once). I feel maybe you have had too much external stimulation and just a quiet walk outside barefootwithout any technology is beneficial. Try to sleep without the TV on if you usually do this will also help you in ways of keeping your attention internal and not always listening to all the outside noise which will in turn anchor you intoyourself more and give you a feeling of being more present in the now. There are some pure tone bineral beats on YouTube that will also assist your brains pathways in re-aligning. I must also mention water. Water when spoken to can be programmed. Science has proven this. It is also known that us humans are around 60-80% water ourselves. We can speak words into water like "awareness" , "presence", "aliveness" and then drink such water and our bodies will respond to it. (This is how holy water is programmed to be holy) Know that your intention and then believe and then an action is extremely powerful. If you intend to go outside and do the action of placing your bear feet on the ground and believe that it will help you feel more present (as science has proven it does) then it will. This is also why the placebo effect works. Belief is powerful. I must also mention environment. Nature has a way of healing us naturally. Perhaps your spending too much time indoors? We can also work with breath... breathing consciously and really bring us back into the body and increase our conscious awareness greatly. I remember staring into the mirror once asking myself to show me that i was more then this human body while breathing in slowly and deeply and exhaling the same then all of a sudden I could feel my entire out of body chakra system above my head, I could even feel angels flying in amd out of the field. The field was infinite. You have this same ability. So perhaps a mirror/breathing meditation will assist you while holding the intention of becoming more present within yourself. I could go on and on here lol 😆 I am thinking of affirmations and how they can help you as well. Truly your options are endless in gaining that which you seek beloved. You only need to choose which you want to act out and realize that you have had the power to change all along you had only forgotten it.
