Mock exam
I took my 1st Mock exam today and made a 63% 113/180. I feel like that is good considering I sit for the test 12/13, and have only been studying for 1 month. What do you guys think? Should i reschedule my PMP?

PMP - WBS question
Dear Friends, Can you please clarify this - 'Create WBS' is in the planning phase of the process group. The WBS should be created by the team and not the project manager as he does not have the relevant expertise (this is mentioned in many explanations for answers on WBS too). However the team resources are acquired and the team is developed only in the execution phase. How can then the WBS be created in the planning phase? @Andrew Ramdayal

Hi @Ravikumar Puthran , I think there are 2 things here WBS is a part of both Agile and Traditional method. When the Q says Agile the whole team should be creating the WBS and when its Traditional method when everything is pre planned its created in the planning phase. @Andrew Ramdayal please let me know if my understanding is not correct.
