Replying to the same questions. Following up manually. Searching for information. Moving data from one place to another. Doing repetitive work that just becomes part of the routine. After a while it feels normal, even though it probably shouldn’t be. So I’m curious: What’s one task in your daily work that takes more time than it should, but you’ve just accepted as part of the process?

Most of us spend a lot of time on tasks that aren’t really the best use of our time things like replying to the same questions, organizing information, following up with leads, researching, or doing repetitive work that slows everything down. AI is starting to take over some of these things, but many people still aren’t sure where it actually fits into their workflow. So I’m curious: What’s one task in your business or daily work that you wish AI could handle for you right now? For example: “Man, I wish AI could just handle this one thing for me…” Drop it below would be interesting to see where everyone feels the biggest time drain is.
