Day 2
Task: To each sentence from Day 1 add some information on what your clients do to get what they want (this is usually the wrong thing). @Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez Day1: 1. I dont want to feel pain after playing pickleball. 2. I dont want to be scared of my back pain coming back while im just living my regular life. 3. I dont want to have to get surgery for my back or knees in the next few years because Ive tried programs but i still have recurring pain and the doctor said I will likely need surgery. I wrote all 3 in negative. Here are 3 in the positive: 4.I want a coach i can trust that understands my situation. 5.I want clear directions on how to do movements in the right sequence and someone to guide me thru it so I feel confident im on the right path. 6.I want to be able to rehab my knee or back pain in the shortest possible time and I want at least one win in day one. Day 2: I do yoga stretches first thing in the morning to get my back to loosen up 1.I work out at the gym regularly 2.I watch youtube videos and try different courses to fix my issues (knee pain and back pain) 3.I wear a knee brace sometimes 4.I use an inversion table for my back sometimes 5.I go to the chiropractor weekly (sorry i got on a tangent)

I want to wake up without low back pain I want to be able to golf in a tournament without pain I want to how to help myself get out of pain when I feel it coming on I want to know what are the best self care exercises to make the most improvement in the shortest amount of time I want someone to show me why Im not making the gains I should be even though Im doing the "right movements" I want to understand how I can age better and retain muscle and stay out of joint pain I want to figure out why my knees hurt after pickleball and how to fix it I want to figure out why my shoulder hurts when I lift or paddle and how to fix it. I want to be in a community with other active older athletes that also want to stay out of pain and are willing to do the work and get the coaching
