Some business owners in the market are yet to explore and refine their sales process to include a setter in the process, i have spoken to a few business owners who simply don't know how to leverage a setter for more meetings if you have both foot in the door, focus on honing your experience and skills, understanding the industry setters operate in and simply build a solid network... stick around and opportunities will come. I was approached for a setter role recently and the top setter there is making 8k per month - currently in the interview process but it just symbolises how 'sticking around' and being 'proactive' is a game changer.
