I’m super worried about the dip… This is totally crazy! I can’t find nearly enough money to take full advantage of this buying opportunity

@Griffin A. Hamilton supply and demand + fiat inflation + speculative feedback loops + value perception + general market sentiment + etc., etc. etc… So much going on the more you look, but the diagram Ted shared definitely nails one of the most important factors
This is beautiful...
The BTC rabbit hole never ends... 🕳️ 🐇 Turns out, the BTC supply (21 million) was designed from a geometrical equation. 50 × 210,000 × (1 + ½ + ¼ + …) = 21,000,000 This causes the block reward amounts to elegantly mirror the percentage of the total supply mined during that halving era. This is some intentional symmetry was built into bitcoin’s issuance schedule from day one. So cool. Shoutout Satoshi.

@Dr Thomas Webb as long as it stays on the bitcoin network, that’s still good right? What worries you about whales moving their bitcoin?

@Rich Hernandez it’s possible, but the probability is very low. To replace bitcoin, it would have to become a more powerful network, and right now bitcoin is the most powerful network and the most secure on the planet I believe a lot of mismanagement would have to occur for this to happen

This is such a good way to look at it People love to point out the perceived flaws in and threats to Bitcoin but… When you compare them to how the same flaws and threats would affect fiat, it usually becomes very evident that fiat is going to be hurt even worse
