I decided to try again with the color I was having trouble with and it worked perfectly only I made this one with the right side out I believe

Sweater yarn
I took out this yarn today to look at and dream about the coat that I will make after taking the sweater making class in January. I love this colour and can’t wait to use it.

Finally I finished my first hat
Well I finally figured it out, the machine tried to discourage me but I wouldn’t let it I kept trying and finally finished my first hat…I hope I did it right let me know if it looks right or if I turned it the wrong side out. Btw I did 130 rows on a 48

@Kim Thompson-Pinder I did that side out because it was the softest side I assumed I did it wrong side out but I wanted the inside to be soft. Thank you, I assume I didn’t have any trouble with tension because I’ve been doing crochet for 37 years

Time for bed…
…. I’ve had a funny old day today. I’ve been so sleepy and cold! I’ve been wrapped up in a blanket most of the day. It’s taken all day for my hands and feet to get warm! I’m going up to bed now so I’ll say goodnight… hope it’s warmer tomorrow! Night night everyone
