A Beloved Community Member's Mother Passed
Hello Undependent Women...Our community member April Nicolas's mother passed. She has been missing for a while because she had been taking care while her mom was in hospice. I have her permission to share with you this news and if you would like to send her love and prayers please do here. She may not respond quickly as she is dealing with family and memorials.

Thank you so much everyone. I really appreciate the support. 💕
I am so happy to be in a room full of empowering women.
Just wanted to check in and be transparent. My mom is in another state and in hospice and today is not a good day; she has become somewhat non responsive. Lots of moving pieces in my life at the moment between work/life and my m mom. I am taking deep breaths one moment at a time remind myself that even this is, is part of my journey. I am trusting the process and everything that is unfolding, I know that it is for my highest good and the highest good of everybody involve. My Higher power is vast, it has me and all those that I love in their care. Thank you for letting me check in and sending each and every one of you love. 💕

Stop Saying You’re Ready for Change
“I’m ready to change.”... "I'm ready for a change" It sounds empowering. It feels honest. But it’s a "not enough," lie we tell ourselves. Because here’s the truth most people avoid...“Ready” is passive. It waits.“Ready”... is still sitting in the energy of someday....And we all know someday is a thief. If you want to change your life, you don’t need to prepare for it. You need to become the woman who’s already in it...Change doesn't begin with action. It begins with your language. Language is the software of the mind. And your subconscious listens closely for its instructions. When you say things like:... “I’m just not a morning person.”...or... “I’ve never been good with money.” or “I just can’t focus because I... fill in the blank....” You’re not actually stating an6 facts. You’re programming your identity and your reality. Identity is what dictates behavior, not motivation. This is why so many people are stuck... They won't shift identity to something more empowering. So, here's the shift I use to this day. Instead of saying “I’m ready to...”Say: “I am changing.” “I’m learning to...” “I’ve decided that...” “I’m becoming someone who...” These are forward-motion statements. Science has proved that we are malluable beings. We are not just one thing, we can bend reality, shape shifts, and create new perspectives any time we want to. When we shift identity... it activates new neural pathways. They signal to your subconscious that a new identity is in play. You are not fixed. You are malleable. Neuroplasticity is real. You're not stuck with the wiring you inherited or the beliefs you absorbed. Every time you change your languaging, you reshape what’s possible for your future. Stop saying you're: Lame Broke So behind Don't understand Not good with Too old Stuck I'm trying to Start saying "I AM" Discovering Empowering Learning Smart Changing Becoming Wealthy Capable A winner Creating Not because it’s magic... But because identity drives behavior, and identity is flexible, shapable, and you are capable of shaping your identity.

@Robin Helm thank you, for being you, and adding love and beauty to this world.
Hi, I’m Bulbul Varma — and here’s the lesson that changed everything for me…
I deleted seven years of my life’s work in one day — and it became the best decision I ever made. It wasn’t easy. There were fears, doubts and voices around me saying I’d regret it. But that moment became the breakthrough that led me to find my true calling and create a life that finally feels like mine ❤️ In my contest entry, I’m sharing the raw truth behind that choice — the breakdown, the breakthrough and the lesson that transformed everything. Read my entry in the word document attached I’d love to hear from you: Have you ever walked away from something “successful” because it no longer felt aligned? Your story might inspire someone who’s standing at the same crossroads today 😊

@Bulbul Varma is it too early to say I love you? You and all the women here. Thank you so much for sharing your sacred journey. You are beautiful, strong and a channel for love and transformation. Our stories, weave a similar path of breakdown before a breakthrough... as that old saying goes, we are simply walking each other home. We are just wearing different shoes while we travel together. Sending each and everyone a heartfelt love. 💕
