Hi, Yeah, we’ve done cleaning contracts for a public library and the Bureau of Reclamation From my experience, the biggest thing is knowing that government offices can be very particular, the requirements are based on exactly what’s listed in the solicitation or IFB you bid on, so it’s important to stick to that 100%. If anything changes, communicate right away, we also try to overdeliver where we can, like giving extra attention to high-traffic areas or making sure everything’s spotless before inspections. Another huge factor is building a solid relationship with the CO, they’re the ones who will remember you for future opportunities What kind of contract did you land?
