Height 5’11” — was 91 kg pre-Ramadan, cut snacks → 88.5 kg, now with proper diet → 86.5 kg (Alhamdulillah). 🎯 Goal: 75 kg Routine: Morning: brisk walk after Fajr Day: sleep + clean eating (salad/beans) Evening: gym (cardio + light weights) Night shift meal: air-fried chicken + small roti Trying to stay consistent with night duty life 💪 Looking forward to learning and staying motivated with you all!
