Have a cold caller booking appointments for me and seeing a high no-show rate. Have multiple reminders going out via email/sms. These are local service businesses (HVAC, roofers, etc.), so not sure if time of day and/or Google Meet vs a phone call is the issue or not, but open to suggestions to get these owners to show up.

My demo on demand agent will not ask the qualifying questions if the caller immediately says "I'd like to book an appointment" - even with "rules" in the prompt stating to ask these questions before providing availability. Anyone else run into this?

Had another BNI event today; 3rd in 3 weeks. Pitch is getting so seamless and effortless. AI Doctor presented his pitch and took everyone else's details. I do know that not everyone might be correct fit but next step is plugging their details into my follow up system. Some will take higher priority than others. Does that stop the looms and cold calls? No. Did you prospect today?

Closing in on a Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC services provider lead. Mainly Plumbing. Does anyone have experience with ServiceTitan or the likes. It'll be helpful to have a snapshot for Plumbing Services to build upon.
