Starting today, Sunday February 22nd, I’m doing something simple. No direct sugar. 🍨 No sweets. No ice cream. No treats. No sugar in coffee. At least for one week. Probably two. Here’s why. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for a while now. I’m not 100% sure what’s driving it, but I do know something about myself: I’m a sweet tooth. (understatement warning! 🤣) And I strongly suspect sugar is making the inflammation worse. So instead of guessing… I’m testing. One week. Clean. No direct sugar. And we’ll observe what happens. Now here’s where you come in. 🫂 Many of you have mentioned that you’re sensitive to: • Sugar • Salt • Dairy • Caffeine • Or something else entirely Maybe there’s one thing you know probably isn’t helping your system… but you keep going back to it. No perfection required. Just awareness and accountability. At the end of the week, we’ll evaluate together. And if it’s helping, we can continue into March. If not, we adjust.
