Has anyone found something to aid in adhd and focus? Tried and truth only. RX meds are costly and mess with the mind and change personality. Just curious. My son dealt with this when younger. He made the decision to stop RX and see if he could c9ntrol things. He did pretty good. He is grown now, married and living a beautiful little life. I just wonder if there was something people in the teen years could do differently now. Just thinking out loud I suppose.
