My goals: Interval training on treadmill to increase gas tank Shadow boxing working on syncing punches with footwork Opening my hips into kicks and slicing horizontally
Homework for Saturday in Persons
@Randy Rivera Santiago @Cody Galloway what should me workouts be to prepare for saturdays? Today I ran 1.5 miles pretty light then did low weight full body workout. Goal is to improve gas tank for tough sessions on Saturday mornings!
