Over time, I realized that the approaches I was sharing could also be applied on a larger scale to support organizations, teams, and leaders in achieving their goals. That’s when I began my journey in leadership development, and today I have the privilege of partnering with schools, districts, and organizations to design and implement meaningful leadership programs.
