"Sara was one, if not the best personal trainers I have ever had. I have competed from 2015 to 2019 and never did I have a trainer like her. She is very attentive, she is detailed oriented, you can contact her whenever you need her, night or day she always answers. She's not like other trainers, that I have seen, where they just give you a work out plan and a meal plan and say good luck "send me pictures every week." She treats her clients like human beings and not a $ sign. She listens to your opinions, fears, goals, your likes or dislikes and she really takes that into consideration when building your plan/continuing your plan with adjustments. She stays on you for accountability, she does not beat around the bush. You can tell she really wants you to succeed. She's very straightforward and honest which I also really appreciate. I have never seen results like I have with her. I would recommend her to friends families, people competing, who just want a new lifestyle, somebody that is looking for a change in habits, or to lose weight.
