Hello All! My name is Anthony Torres and I’m based in the Los Angeles County area. I’ve been trying to get a wholesale deal and have been in the Florida market as well as most recently in the Houston, TX market. I focus on agent outreach and try to build relationships with them but also see what they have working. I am now looking to building a buyers list so that I can feel more confident about closing on contracts. I had to cancel 2 contracts last year because I couldn’t find a buyer in time. I enjoy the learning process and taking steps to take more action. Looking forward to meeting others and building connections with like minded people, especially those who I can learn from.
