What topic are you guys currently struggling with the most?
Vote below so I can see where everyone's at. The more I know what's tripping you up, the more I can point new questions, breakdowns, and study tips at it. If your topic isn't on the list, or you want to explain what specifically is confusing you, drop it in the comments. I read every one.

Agreed. Things like Krebs, Acid/Base are always difficult things to grasp.
👋 Start Here: Welcome to Rounds Insiders
Hey! I'm Miguel, the founder of Paramedic Flash and the person building Rounds. Quick story on how we got here. A few years ago I started making study tools for EMS students. The pharmacology flashcards, the EKG bottle, all of it. What I didn't expect was the community that showed up around it: thousands of you studying together, passing your exams, and sending me photos from shift. Honestly, that's still the best part of this whole thing. But I kept hearing the same frustration over and over. The study apps out there just aren't built for EMS. They're clunky, generic, overpriced, or full of info you can't fully trust. And in this field, the exam is really just practice for the day a real patient is counting on you. So we built the thing we all wish existed. Rounds is a study app written by real EMS instructors and shaped by students like you. No fluff, no guesswork. Just what actually gets you to pass the NREMT and walk onto the truck feeling ready. Here's what makes this group different: This isn't a "post once and disappear" brand page. Rounds Insiders is where the app actually gets built. You vote on what we ship next. You get early access. You tell us what's broken and what you need, and we build it. You're not just users here. You're the reason it exists. The goal is simple: help you pass, help you grow, and build the best EMS study app on the planet, together. Whether you're prepping for your EMT, AEMT, or Medic exam, grinding through school, or already on the truck and training the next one up, you belong here. 👇 Do this right now (takes 30 seconds): Download the SKOOL app on your phone so you can stay up to date on the go. Drop a comment and introduce yourself: • Your name and what state you're from • Where you're at (EMT, AEMT, or Medic? In school? Testing soon? Already working?) • One thing you want to get better at I read every single one. Welcome in. Let's get to work. 💪🏼 Miguel Founder, Rounds
