I love the no give up attitude so many people on the Bit group have. I want to encourage everyone who is close to getting your 3rd partner! Getting a bonus for 3ways is unheard of in this industry! With that being said, just by doing more 3 ways we will only get better with doing them and improve our success rate. Also when people come in via the three we are teaching our new teammates the baseball system and they will have less resistance to do them.... Let's go!!
