im in croatia starting an AI automation agency and pretty much all my clients will be in the US or at least outside europe. the actual work side is fine but the legal and tax stuff is a headache to figure out on your own. a few things im not clear on: can you invoice US clients directly from a european business without issues, how do you actually receive USD payments, do you need a US entity at all or is that unnecessary, and how does tax work on the client side when theyre paying a foreign company. if you've built something in europe and figured this out id really appreciate hearing what you actually set up and what you'd do differently. thanks
