Where should i sell my finished product
Hi there im very new to this and i had a question about where i should focus on selling my AI Automation, I havent made any yet but i want to know what im getting into n get some useful info, for context im from croatia where i think it would be very hard or next to impossible to sell someone on a AI Receptionist or simmilar, Is there anyone here that is based in the EU but sells their product abroud in the US and could you give me some insight into that

Who are you when life get's stormy?
Are you the boat or the lighthouse? Let me explain what I mean. When a massive storm hits the ocean, the boat gets tossed around violently. It tries to outrun the waves. It seeks shelter in a harbor. It fights desperately to survive the chaos. The lighthouse? It stands completely still. The lighthouse doesn't try to stop the waves or hide from the wind. Its entire purpose is to remain unmoved and shining precisely because the environment is chaotic. Think about that for a second. Most people live like boats. When all hell breaks loose in their life or business, they panic. They run. They seek comfort. They try to escape the storm at any cost. But what if you could be the lighthouse instead? In your life. In your business. No matter what storm hits. Here's the lesson I learnt to pull myself out of poverty at the age 19... True freedom isn't the absence of trouble. It's the internal capacity to stay calm and collected even when things are in total turmoil. That's a power external circumstances can't touch. The lighthouse doesn't flinch when waves crash. Neither should you. So let me ask you again... Are you the boat or the lighthouse?

Core skills before tools
Core Skills You Need (Tools Are Secondary) Forget “learning 10 tools”. Master these instead: 1.Process thinking Breaking work into steps: Input → Decision → Action → Output 2.Logic If this happens → do this Else → do that Automation is mostly logic, not AI. 3.Basic sales understanding What is a lead? What is follow-up? What converts and why? 4.Debug mindset Things will break. Good automation don’t panic — they trace. Tools are just interfaces for these skills. 🧐Curious about:-> 1.Which point is more helpful? 2.More point's? 3.any questions?

From Lead to Closing: Real Estate on Autopilot with AI Automation
Most real estate agents don’t need more leads. They need a better system to handle the leads they already get. Here’s how AI automation fixes that end-to-end: → New lead comes in from ads, website, or WhatsApp → AI replies instantly (no more waiting hours) → It asks smart questions to qualify (budget, location, timeline) → Books a viewing directly into your calendar → Sends property options that match their needs → Follows up automatically until they’re ready → Logs everything into your CRM so nothing is lost Result: More showings More serious buyers More closed deals Less manual work Speed + consistency is the real unfair advantage in real estate now. Build the system once… and let it work for you 24/7.
