AP Human Geography Tips
So I'm taking AP Human Geo this year and its not exactly going well for me. I'm shooting for valedictorian, but the recent 86 I got on my major test is definitely not helping my cause. I was wondering if you guys have any tips from your personal experiences on how to study for APHG, both for in class tests and the actual AP test itself.

@Agam Nanda Thank you! I find videos much easier than textbooks. Is Heimler's History good too?
Speech/Debate
So I want to go into medical research, and I'm taking the necessary steps to do so. However, my school has an extremely well-performing debate team. I was wondering if speech or debate is a good extracurricular. Would that add to my cohesive story as one of my side passions, or would it not fit in? These events take a lot of time and effort, so if I really want to make it to the high levels of competitions, I'll have to invest more time into it. So I guess what I'm saying, is it an activity worth pursuing all the way when wanting to take a medical research route.

@Daniel Y Yeah, I want to go into phage therapy for AMR, so I'm planning on doing Informative speeches over that topic
Give me hardest social sciences & humanities APs
Hey guys! Many of you probably know me with the feedback I give to others as my name is Zainab Fatima and I go to Mountain House High School in California! Today, I, myself am asking for feedback because I have gotten this opportunity to do an AP class as a freshman. I know you guys must be like "well duh, it is an AP freshman take it". Well actually, my school does NOT allow APs for FRESHMAN YEAR. I find that pretty annoying but as an ambitious student who always wants to learn more, I found a way out of it through ucscout.org. If you live in California, then I highly recommend doing their courses if for some reason your high school does not allow it. As of my high school policy, they say I can only take social sciences & humanities courses outside of the high school. Obviously the highest level courses that UC Scout allows is AP so I want to strive for that. So my question is, what are the HARDEST AP classes in the category of SOCIAL SCIENCES & HUMANITIES. I want to aim for the hardest because I am not too concerned about the outcome rather my learning experience and I love challenging myself! I feel like I can only grow once I actually see a bad score or if I find myself struggling so please match my motivation when you guys are giving me some classes. So whatever hard AP there is in social sciences & humanities, you bright minds are amazing so please share down in the comments! By the way, economics are included :) Thank you so much for your time and I am ever grateful for this community 😁!

Usually, freshmen take AP Human Geography, so if you take that now, you could get that out of the way and take harder APs your sophomore/junior/senior years. AP World Geography and APUSH are also hard, based on what I've heard.
Usabo/Usmdo
Has anyone competed in the USABO or the USMDO? What is it like, and what type of questions are asked? Does anyone know any more biology olympiads like this?
