Small Habits, Big Capability
What is one small habit that makes your life feel more handled? Not a big life change. Just something simple that creates calm or clarity. I always find it interesting how the smallest habits often create the biggest sense of capability. Would love to hear yours.

@Senya Borrelli mine is simple as well... I do affirmations/prayers and make my bed. That makes me feel grounded and my bedroom feels put together ❤️

Just wanted to expand on my "happy to be here" 😊 I am a reverse mortgage specialist... 13 years now and am very passionate about helping retirees feel financially safe and confident during the best years of their lives! @Senya Borrelli You are bestest!! I LOVE how passionate you are... you walk your talk. Would love to see you as it's been too long. I was super sick and in the hospital last month... recovery is slow, but am dying to get out and about again.
