Though poorly, I do use IG, FB and Pinterest as ways to "market" my shop. I also list designs on Spoonflower and have my website posted there as well. I am notoriously bad at marketing and setting up my Shopify store to draw people in. I have been using AI to help with SEO-friendly product descriptions and tags -- not sure how much that has helped or not.
