✨ CLARITY TASK #3: Define the Problem You Solve
EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A BUSINESS > ALWAYS GOOD TO GO BACK TO THIS EVERY NOW AND THEN. You don’t need more ideas. You need clarity on the problem you solve. Because no clear problem = no content, no clients, no money. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: ❌ “I help with social media” ✅ “I help restaurants get more customers on slow weekdays using Instagram” ❌ “I help with fitness coaching” ✅ “I help busy women lose 5kg without going to the gym” ❌ “I help with mindset” ✅ “I help beginner entrepreneurs stop overthinking and take action on their business ideas” ✨ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸: (𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀) We’re turning your ideas into a clear positioning statement. 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙖: 👉 I help [WHO] 👉 Who struggle with [PROBLEM] 👉 So they can [RESULT] 🤖 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂: First, give chatgpt details about your niche (ideal client) + service you offer. Copy the prompt, fill in the blanks, and drop it into ChatGPT 👇 Prompt: I want to create a clear and specific positioning statement. Here’s my context: - Who I want to help: [WHO] - What they struggle with: [PROBLEM] - What they want instead: [RESULT] Based on this: 1. Create 5 different versions using:“I help [WHO] who struggle with [PROBLEM] so they can [RESULT]” 2. Make them specific and clear (not vague or generic) 3. Keep them simple and realistic 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗬𝗢𝗨: Pick your favorite sentence and refine it: 👉 “Make this more fun and catchy” > of course change this to whatever makes sense to your niche. 👇 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻: Write your version and drop it in the comments.

I help superyacht owners, captains and designers get their yachts fully ready for use at the final stages. I’m struggling a bit with this because this is what I’m doing at the moment and I’ve been in the industry for 17 years but I’m thinking I’ll be a great match for hospitality design - i’m part design and part experience and I’m super interested in branding (and food and beverage) as well.…so I also got: I help boutique hospitality owners who translate their vision into a cohesive guest experience so they can create spaces that feel distinctive, immersive, and worth returning to. But, ChatGPT says I should start with superyachts because that’s what I’m already getting paid for and move towards the second. I would be interested to hear your opinion on this Bianca…..and anyone else who has any insight
✨ CLARITY TASK #1: Brain Dump Your Ideas
Before we can get clear… we need to get everything out of your head. 🧠 Because whether you’re just starting or already building something, it’s easy to feel a bit scattered. Too many ideas, too many options, or even just not being 100% sure if you’re on the right path. 𝗦𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆. 💡 Your task (takes 5–10 mins max) Do a quick brain dump of everything related to how you want to make money online. 👉 If you’re new: Write down all the ideas you’ve been thinking about or curious about. 👉 If you already have a business: Write down all your current ideas, directions, offers, or things you’ve been considering changing or adding. No filtering. No overthinking. Just get it all out. 🆃🅷🅴 🅶🅾🅰🅻: This isn’t about having the perfect plan. It’s about getting clarity on: • what’s actually on your mind • where your attention is going • and what you might need to simplify Because clarity doesn’t come from thinking more…It comes from seeing things clearly in front of you. 👇 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 Drop your brain dump in the comments. Let’s clear the noise and start creating real direction. 🔥

@Jean E Duff I really had that problem when I was trying to think of what to do for my business. I had a look at many things before committing

@Bianca Vogelaar I wish I’d known that a couple of years ago 😁
✨ APRIL = THE CLARITY ERA
We’re officially starting something new inside Remote Income School… and I’m genuinely so excited about this. 👀 Because if I’m honest, one of the biggest things I see (and also experienced myself) is this feeling of… “I want to make money online, but I don’t really know what to focus on.” So you end up trying a bit of everything. Watching content. Saving posts. Starting things… but not really finishing them. Not because you’re lazy, but because you’re missing clarity. And without clarity, everything feels harder than it needs to be. That’s exactly why we’re doing this! :) 💥 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑 Clear on: • what kind of business you actually want to build • who you want to help • and how this could turn into income • but most importantly: something that fits the lifestyle you want to live! We’re going to break things down into simple steps, so you can actually move forward instead of staying stuck in your head. 🆃🅷🅸🆂 🅸🆂 🅸🅼🅿🅾🆁🆃🅰🅽🆃… Clarity doesn’t come from overthinking. It comes from taking small actions and figuring things out along the way. You don’t need the perfect plan. You just need a direction to start. And that’s what we’re creating together this month. 🚀 You could scroll, read a few posts, and disappear again… But the people who get results from communities like this are the ones who: • participate and are open to share • ask questions • reflect on what they’re learning • and support others That’s where things start to click. And the truth is: if everyone contributes even a little, this becomes a space that helps you move forward way faster than doing it alone. 👇 𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 I want to get a feel for where you’re at right now: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲? Drop it below 👇Let’s get clear together 🔥

@Bianca Vogelaar yes, competitor research is something I need to do., I am aware of others operating in the industry and how I differ but it would be good to look at their websites. So maybe, this month I’m focusing on getting clarity on my superyacht services by documenting the work I’m already doing on the 50m project to help inform my offers and pricing. I’ll try and check out 3 competitors by the end of the month. If you’ve got any tips for optimising that so I don’t spend ages overanalysing everything and judging myself then I’d appreciate it :)

@Bianca Vogelaar ok thanks. I’ll try to schedule that to a weekend when I don’t have much going on.
🌱 A little reminder I need this week, and it might help you too.
The other day I was listening to this video while going for a walk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sWLQwSp9Ns&t=516s And honestly, it came at the perfect moment. I had been feeling a bit overwhelmed. You know that feeling when you're working on so many things: building something, creating content, setting up systems, planning the next steps, but the results aren’t really visible yet. It can make you wonder if you're actually moving forward, or if you're just… staying busy. While listening, they used an analogy that really stuck with me: building a business is like growing a plant. 🌱 When you first plant a seed, nothing happens for a while. You water it, you give it sunlight, you take care of it… and still, from the outside, it just looks like a pot of soil. Days pass, sometimes weeks, and you start wondering if anything is actually happening. It can feel frustrating, because you’re putting in the effort but there’s no visible proof yet that it’s working. 🤷‍♀️ But what we often forget is that a lot is happening under the surface. The seed is opening, the roots are growing, the foundation is forming. You just can’t see it yet. And if you stopped watering it just because nothing appeared above the soil, the plant would never grow. Eventually though, if you keep showing up and taking care of it, a little sprout appears. 🌱 And that tiny sprout will grow into something bigger and stronger over time. Looking back, all those invisible days of effort suddenly make sense. It reminded me that building something meaningful — a business, a skill, a new life — almost always has an invisible phase. A phase where you're learning, experimenting, trying things, improving, and staying consistent… even when the results haven’t caught up yet. So if you’re currently in a moment where it feels like you’re doing a lot but not seeing the payoff yet, maybe it’s not that nothing is happening. Maybe it just means the roots are still growing.

This is a great reminder, thanks for sharing ❤️
Da Nang Nomad Fest… Wow 🤩
First of all… what an experience. 🤯✨ We just had 2 full days of conference packed with super inspiring talks, all about business, remote income, AI, personal branding, community… honestly so many valuable insights. 😄 And now over the next few days, we’re going deeper into those topics and actually learning how to implement everything 👀 which I’m really excited about. But what makes it even better is the people. Being surrounded by others who are building, experimenting, sharing ideas, and just doing the thing… it hits different. It’s not just the talks, it’s the conversations in between. The random chats, new connections, and those moments where you’re like “wait… that’s actually possible?” 😄 It really reminded me how important it is to be in the right environment. When you’re around people who are thinking bigger and taking action, it naturally pushes you to level up too. 🚀 And that’s exactly the kind of energy I want to bring more into this community as well. 🙂 Honestly my dream is to bring a group of Remote Income Schoolers to one of the nomad events so we can all hang out, connect in real life and learn. 😍 So I’m curious… 👉 Have you ever been to a nomad event or something similar? 👉 Or is this something you’d love to experience one day? Let me know 👇

Sounds awesome. I love going to interior design shows and superyacht shows and connecting with other designers and tradespeople. I recently went on a very small retreat for personal growth and what really made that was the other participants and the connection we had. Especially you’re stuck behind a computer at home for a lot of the day connecting with other individuals with similar interests is extremely powerful.
