A little life update from me, please watch as it has implications for you here in the The Whole You... Due to surgery I will not be offering any live-streamed classes or new offerings during the months of June and July 2026. The membership will still remain open and active for you to access pre-recored classes and content, however I will be offline for June and July as I rest and recover.
